Directions

Depending on the desired workout intensity: (Intense workout) mix 1 scoop or half a sachet with 300-600ml of water. (Super Intense Workout) mix 2 scoops or an entire sachet with 300-600ml of water.

Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than a 28g serving per day.

The single serving bottles consist of a single serving of the loose powder in a convenient sealed 568ml bottle. The product may solidify at the bottom of the bottle but it will still dissolve when water is added, shake the bottle well to ensure the powder is fully dissolved.
