Aerobic exercise will help you burn fat and calories and it will also elevate your metabolism hours after you had your aerobic exercise. The good thing about this is that it will help you burn greater calories throughout the day. If you want fast results you should choose an exercise that will elevate your heart rate for about 30-45 minutes. You can do stationary bike riding, running, climbing stairs, aerobic classes or boxing.
