Lucozade Sport Body Fuel is an isotonic sports drink proven to enhance endurance and the ability to maintain a high work rate. It is formulated to tackle the reduction of carbohydrate stores and maintain hydration to improve performance in prolonged exercise or sport.
Carbohydrate intake improves performance by providing the muscles with the energy they need to maintain a high work rate or exercise intensity for the duration of your sport or exercise.

Directions of use
- It comes ready to drink
- Drink 200ml-500ml before exercise, to maintain hydration
- 150ml-200ml every 15-20 minutes during exercise to give you an energy boost
- 500ml immediately afterwards to replace salts and carbohydrate stores and maintain fluid levels
