Directions of use
- Before: Drink 200-500ml shortly before to ensure you are hydrated
- During: Drink 125-150ml every 15-20 min to replace the fluid and salts lost in sweat
- After: Drink at least 500ml as soon as possible to aid recovery in replacing fluid and salts lost during exercise
