The Marcy SB240 bench is great for a variety of dumbbell exercises. The back rest adjusts to four positions and can also be used for an abdominal workout.
The SB240 weight bench can be used in military, flat, incline and decline positions for optimum use.
The durable high density padding and upholstery and 4 thigh and ankle roller pads ensure the user has a comfortable work out. The bench has an ergonomically designed back pad which adds a greater range of motion when performing dumbbell exercises and can adjust for abdominal workouts.
Leg raise exercises are made easier with support handles which are situated by the foam padding that sits beneath the knees.
