Excellent stuff. I have made huge gains,lift stronger and more focused and you should see my muscles.used to use PHD which is also good.I combine this with ON night time protein,1MR,and PHD Creatine.Heavy stuff

First couple of shakes taste a bit weird but you soon get used to it. Struggled gaining weight and muscle but these shakes are really helping. Would recommend to anyone.

I found cylone gives a good pump when using resistance weights and noticed strength and endurance gains after about ten days, it mixes well and tastes good and would say this is a quality supplement. Its good value and would recommend it to improve fitness and physique SD.

I'm taking cyclone once before workout very early in the morning before breakfast and once straight after workout. Since using it for a month, I've increased my strength by anything between 30-40 %, judging by the weights I could lift before and after I had been taking it for a few weeks. It surely does work. Still, requires a lot of dedication, good nutrition plan, good exercise plan...good luck to everyone!

I've tried almost every manufacturer and type of protein/ all in one and found chocolate cyclone the best tasting with the least amount of 'stomach' issues. I can easily take this at any time of the day as it tastes just like a chocolate shake.
