Usage
- For great training results, take 2 capsules 20 minutes before training. Or for general muscle hardness, take 2-3 capsules throughout the day, (no more.) Take only with food, eg: 1 capsule, 3 times daily. For best results take with carbohydrate foods. Caution: A warm or flushing feeling may occur with this product. This is a temporary and harmless effect which is caused by the increased circulation to the skin surface. Always take with food.
