- For greater training results, take 3-4 capsules 20 minutes before training

no sorry just not feeling it yes i felt slighty more pumped myabe phsylogical but not that noticable good for a newbie maybe or some who wants a pump without the stimulants that are in all the other products but the pump wasnt really there and just got a bit of a headache nor did it agree with my stomach not to found of maximuscle's prices but this is reasonbly priced shame it didnt have much postive effect on me.
