Usage
- Preworkout Boost: Take 1 scoop (50g) in a pint (500ml) of water around 30 minutes before training. During Training: Mix 1/2 - 1 scoop (25-50g) in a pint (500ml) of water, take whilst weight training, in a cycle bottle when riding, or in a hip flask when running. After Training: Take 1.5-2 scoops (75-100g) in a pint (500ml) of water within 15-20 minutes of training. This is your golden hour and is when your body tries to replenish the glycogen lost through hard and intense training.
