I have tried these shakes before and they work very well for my goals. Great product and very fast delivery service from Dolphin. I was so pleased when I received my goods before christmas too. At this price I will definitly buy more of this product in the future.

As a meal substitute, it does what it says on the canister. Please tasting flavours excepting strawberry. Wasn't gone on that one
