Directions For Use
- Blend 3 scoops (85g) with 500ml of water, juice or milk. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Take 1 to 2 servings daily.

i tried the choc flavour but i dont like it i had to mix with the strawberry one from someone else i dont recommend choc but maybe another flavour would be good
