MET-Rx meal replacements are idea for the person with a busy lifestyle as well as those who have more gym time. Why? Well, firstly convenience, you can carry your sachet around with you along with your MET-Rx shaker and when you are ready just mix with some water give it a good shake and you are ready to go. A complete meal replacement coupled with all the essential Amino Acids and vitamins you need.
I have been using this product for years now and it always gives me the best results for developing lean fat free muscle as well as keeping my eating habits in check. Once you've had a MET-Rx shake you'll no longer be satisfied with a chocolate bar or any other snack. It really hits the spot.

I use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. It's quick to make and ensures I eat something first thing. I wasn't expecting it to be as think as it is but I'm used to using 25g of protein powder in other shakes and this is 36g. Personally, I've decided to have half a packet at a time, otherwise it's too think and too much to finish.

Great product, but found it didn't quite bulk me up but is great after training, and stops the aches and pains the next day.. Would definitely recommend.
