It's only these and 1 other brand that i like and seem to work for me, taste has a big factor and there not too bad (well mud pie is not as good). and easy on the go always in car and bag.

All the protein you could wish for and a great taste. All the flavours are great. I try to get 30-35g of protein with each meal but that's not always easy - particularly at breakfast time if you don't like dairy and don't fancy meat or fish in the early hours. These bars are perfect for that. I am definitely leaner since I started using these bars regularly. I'm not saying it's all down to the bars but they have allowed me to tweak my diet effectively

Thank you Dolphin Fitness for a reliable service and excellent products. These protein bars taste really good, with no real after-taste like some products on the market. If you like "Snickers Bars" then you'll love the Chocolate Roasted Peanut flavour (and they're probably doing you alot more good than Snickers bars!!). Thanks again.
