I was getting hungry at night so decided to add a blended protein to my bedtime snack for a more sustained release of protein over night - this product has been great - I accidently used whey protein instead a few days ago and was starving all night lol - when I have this I'm fine til morning! Taste isn't the best but not bad (chocolate) - similar to other met rx products for taste! Five star for nutrition :)

This is a great product, I used it as it was recommended by a guy at the gym. It did not upset my stomach, as have some products, and it works. I few people who had not seen me for a while have said I looked more defined and bigger in my upper body, the only difference is that I have been taking Protein plus.
This is a Superior protein!

Excellent protein for recovery, sustained muscle strength with training. The best ive tried so far!
