Tries a few different brands but this is most probably the cheapest product on the market that oes a great job.
I get a great improvmen tin stregth and put on about 4-5 kilos.
With Creatine i find that you need to try a few to see what works for you.
Remember expensive does not always equal best. Its what works for you and at an affordable price.
I usually load with one scoop in the morning post work out and then one in the evening for 10 days. I continue on 1 scoop for 15 days and reduce to about a third of a scoop for 10 days. At that point i can take a break or i start loading again.
Remember size / increaase in gains take bout 2-3 weeks to be noticebale.
