I believe it's the best glutamine out there,the slow release really helps.Also has the best € per gram compare to other glutamines. I use 5 grams with my whey protein shake after workout and 5 grams with my casein shake before bed. Finally, Dolphin Fitness,i believe it's the best site to buy supplements.
