Application

Daily or a couple of times a week.There is no standard dosage. Dissolve 5 - 8 spoonfuls of Bath Salts in a tub of hot water. Bring the water to the desired temperature Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes Rinse thoroughly with clean water Complete with the Water Base Aroma Pack. For partial immersions, such as a hand or elbow, use 3-4 spoonfuls in a non-metallic basin or sink.
