Motive Fitness X2 Programmable Magnetic Elliptical Trainer is great for overall body toning due to its upright cycling stance and suitable for users of all ages and abilities, Elliptical Trainers also improve lower body strength, a good stepper is the ideal choice for a complete body-toning low-impact workout.
Dual action elliptical resistance action (forward and reverse motion) with synchronised linked handlebars, fixed safety handlebar loop and pulse sensors.
The resistance system comprises of a friction-free 8kg balanced cast iron flywheel with multi-plate solid state magnets. (Equivalent flywheel mass approx. 20kg).
The drive system is via a micro link chain with fixed wheel drive and polypropylene drive belt with fixed wheel drive and concealed crank system.
