I have taken a fair few creatines and this is the best by a long stretch. The energy is consistent with out the low i was getting from other products. It's worth experimenting with how you take this, get it right and you will enjoy the benefits.

I'v tried other creatine blends but this made me feel so energized. My muscles felt harder than before and my workouts were longer. I've gone up a shirt size and gained 6 lbs using this. I recommend you give this a try, see if it's better than your current blend. Nice one MRI

I was using cell-tech before but this much better. It sadly doesn't taste any better but the results are what's important. I'm actually getting an energy boost from this and can lift heavier sets than before. I've put on 5 Lbs of LEAN muscle since using this! All this with hardly any stomach upset. A brilliant product that i will recommend to all.

This is a great creatine product but watch out for water retention, If you drink loads of water this shouldn't be a problem though. The results are great, more strength and steady lean muscle gain. Taste is the best out there, My favourite is lemon and lime. Mixing is not a problem. All in all a great product would recommend this.

Make the switch! If started using this after i got fed up with the taste of my previous brand. The taste is quite interesting to say the least. Mixes ok in a shaker. The important part now: After taking this for only two weeks I've put on 5 lbs of pure lean muscle! I've got a good diet going and my routine is well thought out. I can't believe it but i'm stronger on this, lifting more than before so it definitely works. Take 3 scoopes, mix with water about 10 minutes before you work out another 3 scoops after and your done. I will keep this going for a bit and see where i end up.

I'm writing this after my first training day using this product and i'm glad to say i noticed the results straight away. I had 1 1/2 scoops (half the recommended dose) and i felt a boost in energy after 15 minutes and I could bench a little more than before. I can't wait to see what happens after i go up to the full dose after a week. The taste is not what i was expecting at all but if it works i don't care what it tastes like.

I'm a fan of MRI and was looking for something different to cycle on. what a great purchase, I started at 160lbs benching about 210-225. A month on this and up to 175lbs and can bench 250lbs. Nuff said, you do the math.

I noticed great strength and energy boosts when taking this. So far it is working better for me than Cellmass and Gaspari SizeON. It is expensive however, but if the results continue then i will have no option but to keep using it. if your not happy with your creatine product or think you could be getting better results then give this a try.

This is expensive, it tastes like S... But it works!! I'm lifting more than I could previously and I'm putting in lean muscle mass. I was never really into supplements but this has turned me on to them. I will put up with the taste for another month then i think i'll go looking for something else to try. Good stuff with proven results
3 weeks and gaining strong

I've been trying to gain weight for several months to no avail, after only 3 weeks on this I'm gaining! I'm taking two servings on training days and one on rest days and I've gained 7lbs so far. I'm really fussy when it comes to flavours, I can't stomach most of the creatine products but I'm glad to say i actually like the flavour of this. Mixing is pretty standard really, in the shaker and go for it. The only downside is speed at which i'm getting through it, It's going I'ts really worked for me.
