Was looking for BCAA recovery for my the weekly 100 mile plus endurance cycle rides.
Have found work well if mixed in my last biddon of the day to give me the legs to keep the speed going up the last hill.

I've used This for 10 workouts now and can't believe whats happening. I feel like superman, such an increase in strength and legendary pumps!! During my last workout i pulled a muscle in back and had to stop. I was really gutted and was expecting to have to rest for at least a week, next day i felt fit enough to work out. I would recommend this, you have to try it at least.

I have been using this product with Black powder for 3 weeks. Definitely noticed increased strength and stamina and more definition in my muscles ( they are much better defined now) Black powder before the workout to give me more strength and concentration and WAR after for super speedy recovery. This has to be tried to be believed I'm really going for it during my workouts as well.This is a killer combo for sure. The taste is really disgusting (i'm not exaggerating!) but the results are worth it trust me.

I've been using war 3 days on 1 day off for about 2 months now and i'm busting out my shirts. I've got so much more strength through my whole workout and my concentration is un-shakeable. Recovery is unmatched, for the amount i'm doing i shouldn't be able to lift my shaker in the morning. I love the flavour of this gear and just can't get enough. I would so recommend this.

I wanted to try this as i've been hearing so much good stuff about it. Got it here for a great price with fast delivery. The taste is strange it seems to taste disgusting till you swallow it then its sweet, weird. I normally use Dark Matter and get better results and was expecting an increase in strength and increased pumps but I didn't get it. So Back to Dark Matter for me.

Strange zingy tangy flavour! Have been stacking this with superpump and i'm lifting like a crane. I can really push it beyond what i could ever do before taking this. Talk about motivation i feel like i'd explode if i didn't pump all this energy out!!! If your having trouble getting down the gym then try this and you'll be loving it again.

After tring a sample today. The taste is disgusting with a really weird aftertaste. Normally after my workout i like to do 15 mins cardio but i had such a bad gut that i was unable. I'm used to using Cytocell and have never had this problem. The effects are similar maybe a bit more strength but I'm feeling so bad that it's not really worth it.

I have been using Black Powder for close to 3 months now (chosen because i liked the name). After a chat with a guy at the gym have now started stacking it with WAR. With the addition of WAR my recovery time is halved. I was amazed at the results with just Black Powder but the combination is nothing short of amazing. I'm very happy with the results, my stomach fat is just falling off and my muscle tone is fantastic! would recommend this to anyone serious about getting great muscle tone fast.

Sounds weird saying i love War but this product rocks!! It may seem to be expensive but for the results you get its cheap. I'm getting any bloating or stomach discomfort. The taste is like noting i've tasted before and not in a good way, Berry Attack is a perfect name because it's like an attack on your taste buds!! The results however are stunning. I have so much more energy when using this and the recovery time is unbelievable, literally halfed..
