Directions of use
- Designed to be dissolved under your tongue
- Ten minutes before your workout, place under your tongue and let dissolve completely, then swollow
- Dosage:
- Under 200 lbs: take 1 tablet
- Over 200 lbs: take 1 to 2 tablets
- Do not exceed your recommended tablet dosage in a 12 hour period
- Do not take nore than 5 times a week

Doesn't seem to do anything

I've taken this product for two weeks now as per the instructions and it seems to have no effect.
