Directions of use

This is disgusting very bad taste wasted my money on this item was not right for me at all! Have thrown it away after 2 days of use also gives kidney pains

I found this product good value for money although it tastes really sickly, it may just be me as I don't have much of a sweet tooth. Makes me feel a bit bloated after but then all weigh gainer do that to me. All in all prob won't buy it again unless I find good results as I've only been on it now 2 weeks.
