NaNo Vapor Pro Directions
- Due to the extreme potency of this formula, assess your tolerance first by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 150mL of cold water and downing it about 30 minutes before your daily workout
- Then increase the dosage to 2 and then 3 scoops mixed with 295mL to 445mL of cold water before workout out
- Do not exceed 3 scoops (3 servings) in a 24-hour period

Very good. Can feel it has worked by the end of my work outs. I need to take 3 scoops pre work out for it to have a good effect!
