Nautilus EV716 is engineered to dynamically match the length of your stride.
It uses an advanced stride technology called My Stride™. This My Stride® system is a patented system that automatically adjusts your stride length to fit your individual leg length and workout rate and feels so smooth and natural, you won't even know it's there. The EV716 features an LED display that clearly shows critical workout information.
To help you take advantage of all the workout options, this product features the new My Nautilus™ Menu. My Nautilus™ is a personal workout diary that records and tracks every step of every workout.
Access 11 pre-programmed workouts, as well as 4 Heart Rate Control programs, using the membrane keypad.
