Got the Amino tablets from Dolphin they are a great bargain do the job, taste ok but no attempt to swallow the tablets they are quite big. I tend to nibble the tablet then swallow it quick if your taking 3 tablets use 4 they get stuck in your teeth and the amount is the equivalent of one tablet all in your fillings. A good product just eat like small wafers and you get used to them
