Nutrisport Weight Gain is a high calorie weight gain shake with 106g of protein and 150g of carbs per daily serving plus 9g of creatine and an extra 18g of BCAA's.
Nutrisport Weight Gain is ideal for people who want to gain lean mass but find it hard with their normal daily calorie intake.
To gain weight you need to increase your daily food intake with good nutrition. Protein and carbohydrates are the key nutrients in weight gaining and achieving a ‘toned’ look. A good daily diet is important and should be supplemented at least 3 times per day with a nutritious drink (between meals).
The extra protein and carbohydrate (not fat and refined sugar) will enable your body to gain weight healthily. Weight Gain is ideal for those with a fast metabolism or lean physique who find it difficult to ‘bulk up’ with their normal calorie intake.

Ingredients
- Ion exchange microfiltered whey protein isolate, maltodextrin, creatine, branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), flavour (nature identical)
Directions of use
- Add 5 scoops (100g) to 1 pint of water
- For best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw topped jar, otherwise mix with a fork
- You may wish to use milk, this is less nutritionally accurate and less economical than mixing with water
- Take this 100g serving 3 or more times per day in addition to your normal meals, especially in between meals and before sleeping

The price for 5kg attracted me to this product, i bought strawberry and its by far the worst protein shake I've had. The taste is awful and had to pinch my nose to drink all of it. Does fill you up and does the job if you have no taste buds! Not recommended.

I bought vanilla and it tastes more like flour, but it's a good filler upper.

Good value for money, obviously ain't as good as the MuscleTech powders but what do you expect for £24 a tub. Ideal for those on a budget. I mix each drink with 400ml of semi-skimmed milk and knocks it up to about 550 kcal, 50g protein, 70g carbs.

I have been using this weight gainer for over a year now and it has helped me put on over a stone of muscle. Fantastic value as well and tastes good too.

I have tried many weight gain proteins over the years and can safely say this has to be my my least favorite one. You can actually taste all the ingredients (like the creatine).
If you are after a weight gainer i recommend USN muscle fuel or Reflex instant mass.

Gave good results in mass over a month period and after a couple of days of getting used to it there were no stomach upsets. Did add some fat but on the whole a good product and can't complain about the price either.

This is the best value for money out there and i have already gained noticeable muscle mass too. Mixes pretty well using a blender and you get used to the taste.
