NutriSport Whey Protein Isolate is considered to be the most nutritionally complete protein available to athletes and body builders. It’s easily absorbed for rapid conversion to muscle tissue.
NutriSport Whey Protein Isolate is also low fat, low lactose and low in calories. It has a high biological value which means more of the protein is retained by the body to be converted to muscle.
NutriSport Whey Protein Isolate is no less than 84% protein and has added L-glutamine for more efficient recovery of muscle tissue. It undergoes no heat treatment; therefore the protein is un-denatured and retains its nutrients.

I've tried and tested a tonne of different products. This one in particular is the cheapest and most effective yet.
Yes there are better ones out there but you'll have to pay the price for it.
If you're like me, strength gaining, however refuses to spend a ridiculous amount of money on food and supplements. This is for you. To put its effectiveness in perceptive, three weeks prior to taking this supplement I was chest pressing 45kg dumbbells cleanly. Now I'm pushing at least two out of three sets of 50kg dumbbells cleanly.
I am also taking EAS Phosphagen, both of them are immense for the price!
The only downfall is the taste. If you can put mind over matter at the beginning you'll take it. Then it's just time to get used to it without adding effort to chug it.
LETS GET MASSIVE!

Hi all,
I scoured the internet high and low, looking for a whey protein that had an exceptionally high BV (Biological Value) and % of protein per gram of powder. I found exactly what I was looking for.
I'd have to say, that this Whey Protein Isolate is by far the best offer on the market; it includes a free 600g tub of Creatine Monohydrate (Pharmaceutical), and it's only £53.00. Bargain.
The main selling point of this protein would be that it isn't heat treated, therefore, all the nutrients you'd expect to be in milk skim, are still there! (Plus you get free creatine!)
I can't stress enough, that the fact it isn't heat treated, is reason enough to buy it, alone. If you go on MyProtein.com and look at their average duff protein (Which I have never, ever tried), look at the ingredients list.
I'll give you a minute...
See that? They list x% Ash in the .PDF file!
Wait a minute! Ash?! Isn't ash a carcinogen? I surely don't eat enough ash in my normal daily diet, I must supplement my body with more!
Not only that, but it means the protein powder is cooked. I don't know the % of which the powder is protein, but I'm guessing it's also, very, low, with either little or no BV.
The protein value of this Nutrisport whey is roughly about 85-90%, most likely depending on flavour and batch. Regardless, your muscles will absolutely love you for every shake you have within 60 minutes after a workout, and a cheeky one on the off days.
I usually have about 60-70g of this stuff after a workout, and 30g on an off day.
I mix the 60-70g with 400ml of semi-skimmed milk, if I'm having it in a shaker, or I have a full pint if I'm drinking it straight from the blender. I don't overdose on the protein either.
I weigh roughly 100KG, I don't take 100g - 1g per 1kg of body weight. If your body doesn't process it, it turns into excrement. Leaving you with some seriously stacked up bowels! (Remember that protein stench anyone?). I'd rather slightly under-supplement on the shakes and make up for it with a wholesome meal at the end of the day.
My gains on this whey isolate + creatine have been wholly insane, for example:
Last Monday (13/06/11), I benched 110KG, after progressing from 100KG the week before. I barely managed 3 sets. 6, 5, 3, FAIL!
Yesterday (21/06/11), I blew out 4 complete sets of 110KG with relative ease.
My squats, since late April have went up from 120KG to 180KG.
/Example Over
I've had massive strength and mass gains, I think I've gained roughly 8lbs in total, but as you can see, my strength has increased, almost, exponentially!
Before I started this protein, I was roughly 15st. I'm now kicking somewhere between 15st 8lbs and 15st 1llbs.
The stuff is a bit chalky when mixed, and is very fine. But tastes good, compared to other brands. The creatine is tasteless (obviously) and I just mix it in with the whey.
Overall?
10/10. Even if it is chalky. It's a great brand and a great product. It just works. It has my vote of confidence!
Cheers,
Jamie.

Purchased the chocolate which doesn't taste as good as some of the other Whey mixes but this is whey isolate not a mix of whey concentrate and isolate so be prepared for the difference. Low carb, low saturated fat, which is all good but mixing is difficult, tried electric whisk hand whisk and cement mixer but the best approach is to add approx 200ml of water to form a paste with a spoon then add approx 4-500ml more to form a resonable consistancy but be prepared for chocolate lumps of unmixed powder in your drink which i have got used to. I would buy the product in future.
cheap, nice taste, isolate protein, just unbelievable!!
