Ingredients

Recommended Use
- Add 2 scoops (40g) to 1 pint of water
- For best results use a blender, shaker or shake in a screw topped jar, otherwise mix with a fork
- Use as an additional protein source between meals, before sleeping and on waking
- May also be used as a meal replacement to replace not more than 1 meal per day

It's a bit thicker than others which I've used but that's not a problem at all when it is such high quality. Only thing I will say is that it is quite rich in taste. I quite like it though!

Positive: doesn't taste that bad as other reviews, I found it tastes as good as most expensive whey proteins. Mixes well too, can't really find any faults highly recommend if you need protein but don't want to spend ridiculous amounts.

This is a protein with great price. Apparently, the taste is really not nice and it's quite hard to mix properly even with a good shaker. Only buy this product when you're really out-of-cash because I would rather pay £15 extra to have a much nicer one.

I have been using the NutriSport Whey Protein Isolate and it is simply amazing. It mixes very well and tastes great, I went for strawberry flavour which is smooth . I have noticed a decrease in muscle stiffness after a hard run or bike. I have nothing but high praise for this product and would recommend it to anyone involved in serious fitness training.

Use this for post workout seems to be helping with strength gains.
Mixes okay taste a bit thinner than other protein whey products I have used, I usually mix fine oatmeal with it to help mixability and give a bit of carb to the drink ... will probably try again.
