Excellent functionally, but not 5 stars because the flavour is not great.

I have found this very good and take it an hour or so before sleeping and a good work out.
This is a slow release of protein and is useful during sleep to help protein to reach muscles and so on.

the smell was intense.. the taste is amazing
but after shaking for a good 30 seconds the froth is un drinkable..you have to leave it stand for a good 5-10 minutes before drinking..
all in all, really good 9/10

i am really pleased with this product, it is good value, tastes good, easily mixes with water or milk, and is helping me to not only recover during the night, i take it 45 mins before bed, but also mid am and mid pm to manage and feed my post training recovery. i have ordered my next batch already, vanilla once again ;-)

After previously getting a sample of this protein I decided to invest in some. I'm very impressed, it mixes easily in water, gets nice and think and tastes great. I would thoroughly reccomend it to anyone who isn't able to eat a lot of meals during the day or who wants to take a protein supplement before bed.

If I had to choose two compulsory bodybuilding supplements, this would be 1 of my two choices. Whey and Casein are a MUST for bodybuilders.
Over the night, your body requires protein to grow, as during the night you do the most growing. If you do not have protein while you sleep, you risk undoing all the work you did during the day.
Casein Protein is essential for this. I have increased my muscle gains since I started using this product and I have no hungry feeling in the mornings.
The taste of this product as well is absolutely amazing. Easily one of the best things I've ever tasted (my flavour was vanilla).
This is a MUST for those looking to gain lean muscle mass.

Fantastic product, great flavour (Vanilla) best mixed with milk. Provides good sustenance overnight, or through the day if you can't get your hands on any other protein.

Overall I'm quite happy with this Casein product. Vanilla is pretty good if you mix it with milk. Okay with water but needs some getting used to..
