I had the strawberry flavor, it had a nice taste. I changed to the chocolate flavor and I think it taste better. I think by far this is the best protein power I tried by far. I have met all my training targets the main effect of this powered is to help you recover quicker. love it. dolphin delivered no problems!!

This protein shake is worth every penny as its probably the best protein supplement available. Its won the awards as such for quite a few years on the trot so thats the opinion of the professionals too. So you have a high protein content, 0 fat, v low sugar content with branch chain amino acids. The perfect post workout combination. Added to which it tastes bloody lovely ! I drink it as a shake after workouts, mix it in with my porridge in the morning, and make protein pancakes with it. If you are on a high protein diet O.N. Gold Standard Whey ticks all the right boxes.

its a great high protein/low carb shake that mixes very quickly and tastes great with soy milk and even water an i would reccomend a shake with a 1/4 cup of oats (for added clean carbs)that then makes a good braekfast shake. i have tried rocky road so far but i will soon explore a few more flavours :)

Not to happy with this one to be honest. The strawberry taste isn't great, mixes really well to be fair. As for results... nothing, recovery... aweful. After a big session I was still aching 2-3 days afterwards, I've tried USN whey before and recovery time was down to a day, same price as well. This product is really over priced, it may be low carb/fat etc but there are deffo better and cheaper powders on the market. Wouldn't waste your money on this.

I did a lot of research to find the best Whey Protein for me (female not wanting to lose much weight but tone up) other brands made me bloated and feel like taking it was pointless. But this stuff is great, i take it just after my gym work outs and sometimes a bit in my porridge in the mornings. No being bloated and it tastes delicious. Choc mint best so far but am trying different flavours.
