Standard vit/min mix but the extras are special

How many ways can you invent the wheel? All multi-vitamin/mineral blends will essentially be identical in their core product. Your A, B-complexes,C,D E etc. No getting away from that.
Much more variation in minerals like Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc.
So you end up looking for what the vendor throws in as an extra that makes their product worth the price.
I like Optimen because of the interesting berry powders they've decided to toss in and a couple of extras like ALA and Inositol. The berry powders have limited scientific literature to back up their effectiveness, but it is something more than just the stock multi-vits out there.

Good multi-vit with a lot of ingredients, recovery is fast at the moment taking these with creatine and test boosters, only 2 weeks in
