Recommended Use

Been using various shakes for the past few years! Started using ON and Reflex for over a year now! Bought this for the first time and blown away with the results! Amazing recovery, easily mixes in ON shaker! Tastes good! (strawberry) Order IT! You wont be disappointed!

After previously using Reflex Instant Whey and Muscletech, I was recommended This hydro Whey, which is apparently absorbed faster due to the hydrolysis breaking the protein into smaller parts. I found that the Reflex and Muscletech powders are a bit on the sweet side for me. In short this is the best tasting high quality protein powder I have tried to date and even though I'm dieting, my strength is still improving. Though my success is mainly down to my diet, I believe this powder is playing it's part. I also think it digests better than the others.

I have been a big fan of Optimum Nutrition since I discovered their Gold Standard Whey. After using ON Whey for a while now and being pleased with the results, I thought I'd treat myself and give their Platinum HydroWhey a go. I was not disappointed! It is a very good product, infact I'd even go as far as saying it is the best I have had. This I found it mixes well and the taste, like all ON products its brilliant!

Mixes very well in shaker. Excellent grade protein ingredients with perfect amounts of EAA's. Can use any time of the day as it doesn't bloat you and you are able to eat your desired meal plan without the awkward feeling of over doing it.
