I have been using other brands for a while now but have finally settled with this particular one as the carb intake is very low and is actually very effective if taken as instructed.
A definate thumbs up and value for money!

I've been using whey protein 2 years now,but this one is above everything,you can understand the fast acting whey in your body,great taste,great nutrition facts,the bad thing about hydro is the price,but you get what you pay

High quality protein. Very good to drink before workout. Taste is a little bit bitter. High quality, less taste.
