Greatest tasting shake I've ever had the chocolate flavour is amazing. Never tasted the others. Great for bulking up gives me the calories I need!

Just starting working out again after about 6 months, read great reviews about serious mass , almost finished the container about 1-2 does left and gained about 6lbs using the 2.8kg, just bought a months supply of matrix prefer the taste of serious mass and might even possibly switch back after i finish off the other container
downside is you need 2 huge scoops for serving and they do not fit into shaker but i just halfed mine one in morn one in after noon, also sometimes abit lumpy but not too badd.
overall great product 9/10

ive tried in the past pro complex gainer and it didnt do anything
now im on my 2nd bag of serious mass with one scopp per serving morning after gym and before sleeping and i have put on me 6 kilos
ive seen differences in the weights in the gym very good product

Tast great loads of clean calories. Only down side is that you need 2 massive scoops to get 50g of protein and there is no shaker on this planet big enough to hold it.

The best weight gainer iv ever used. Iv tried so many, with average results. Im a realy realy hard gainer and with a propper diet, i put on a stone of solid mass in a month and 2.5 stone in 3 months. bit heavy after a full serving. The taste is prety good compared to others as well. Probably the best supplement iv ever used.

After 3 bags of this, doing half - 3/4 servings twice a week on non-training days and 3 on training days I have gained 7-8 kgs of muscle. Chocolate is by far the best flavour.

This product is the 1st weight gain/protein shake i can actually drink. I find it best to half the serving into 2, one in morning one in afternoon. Only had banana flavour, tastes much better than some other more expensive brands, Gained 5lb's in 2 weeks so doing what it says on the tub!

Tastes great and mixes well. would recomend it to anyone wanting to put on weight and lean muscle. I went from 11 stone before using ONSM to 14 stone in 5 weeks. Ive put on loads of lean muscle and believe me, I'm envied by many at my gym because I look great and some people think I'm on Steroids!!!!
