this is a good product but you will need to shake it alot to dissolve the powder good with
water but better with milk

Bought this for the 48g of protein and the convenience of the bottles for when I'm travelling. Not the best tasting shake I've ever had (it's better with milk than water). Only thing I don't like is that it uses Aspartame as the sweetener so make sure you Google that before you commit to buying!
