- 2 tablets twice daily for two weeks followed by 1 tablet twice daily thereafter
- Some people may experience headaches or flushing when they first begin taking Prelox but this should lessen with usage
- People who suffer from herpes (cold sores or genital herpes) should not supplement with arginine because it stimulates the virus

In my case, it began to work after just two days, although it does not mean it would work for everyone. I was skeptical but, I insist, in my case, it is worth more than the price I paid.
