I've used plenty of multivitamins (like Optimen) that really only turned my urine yellow. It's been good to see that this product does not do that. I take 1-2 tablets a day... 1 on days when I have a lot of fruit and veg, and 2 on days where I feel I don't get enough or have had a hard workout. All in all the best multivitamin I have taken. Just the right amount of nutrients.
