My husband and I have been using the PHD brand Diet and HT for about a month now and the results are very noticeable. His arms have grown an inch and his six pack is starting to show due to strict diet. PHD definitely works combined with creatine. Strength is unbelievable too.

Excellent whey product with some fantastic extras! L-carnitine, green tea and flaxseed extracts adding to an already good protein product. Great for helping weight loss, 4g sugar for 2 scoops, not bad... Lovely tasting (white chocolate) and have never had any stomach upsets. It isn't the cheapest but I would recommend this product to anyone!!

I have been using PHD Diet Whey for a while, great product, tastes great mixes well. Really impressed with Dolphin, fast reliable service and great price. Will use them from now on.
