Chocolate Orange is disgusting. Trying to sell mine now after having it a week. However, it is a good product...just inedible with water or milk. Would not buy again for fear that other flavours will be as bad.

Unlike the Whey Protein I have been taking, ISO-7 does definately not need milk. It tasted great with just water helping you keep down the carbs/cals when cutting. Highly recommended

I have been drinking whey protein for a few months and adding milk which makes it taste lovely. However I want to reduce the amount of milk I am consuming each day. PHD Synergy ISO-7 has allowed me to do that. You dont need MILK just WATER....It tastes great and I never thought I would say that. Its also highly recommended in most of the mags I read.

This is a unique product that combines the most important ingredients for lean muscle gain. I have been using this one month and notice very good results.The taste is gorgeous,I think everyone of you should try it, if you want something different in your workout level.
