This is truly an amazing piece of equipment that sits on your wrist and tells you what your body is doing and how it is reacting to all types of exercises. Can be used for all types of exercises from rough to finesse movements and is very sturdy. May be a little on the big side for females but ideal for males. Also looks and feels like a sports watch. Functions are leading edge for now, allowing you to just concentrate on exercising and analysing later once you have recovered. This HRM is top of the range and can be used by elite athletes to the casual exerciser. I recommend this heart rate monitor to anyone serious about exercise or trying to follow a weight loss plan.
