The Elite Set: Due to the ever increasing steel prices, PowerBlock’s laser cutting technology has been used to create the Elite range of PowerBlock for those looking for a more affordable free weight training system.
The Elite range still lives up to all the superb quality guarantees of PowerBlock’s other systems: such as the 10 year warranty; multiple safety features to ensure all the plates hold together when in use; and extra welding to ensure plates do not break.
The Elite Set (PB0062) has a weight range of 5-50lbs per hand, in 2.5lbs increments – this is due to the chrome adder weights that fit securely into the handle core. Add on kits are available to increase the weight range of your Elite Set. Firstly, the PB0063 fits onto the Elite Set to give you a total weight 90 lbs per hand and secondly the PB0064 fits onto the PB0063 to increase the weight range to 130lbs.

Elite Set Add-on-Kit: The Elite block can be expanded to a massive 130lb per dumbell using these add-on-kits. This makes the already versatile Elite set a truly huge training tool without compromising on safety and ease of use.
For those requiring smaller weight increments The Block can be purchased with a 'medical' core handle. Aimed at personal trainers or those working as part of a rehabilitation programme, the inner core has removable 2.5lb weights giving you a training range of 2.5lb-50lbs in 2.5lb increments.
