Been taking N-Large for over a year now and gaining lean weight nicely. Best protein ratio per serving and amazing value for the size of the tub. Only tried vanilla which is okay to taste and you MUST mix in a shaker or it will be a horror show using a spoon!

Great shake, best to use with a blender though, chocolate flavour was nice. Leaves you abit bloated but no other bad side effects, gained 5lbs within 2 weeks. Price is steep especially that it gone up since the last time I bought it from here which was was 2 weeks ago.

Supplement is good, gained roughly 6lbs in 2 weeks,chocolate flavour tasted nice, best to use blender though as it gets lumpy using a shaker, price is abit steep as it seems to have gone up a fews £ since I last brought it on here.
No bad side effects or anything though taking this shake, 3.9/5 I give it.
