this protein have very good flavors. all the flavors they have good taste.with this protein results are directly combined with exercise and diet.the mix-ability is real but real good. a few seconds needed with little water to mix perfect. after sake there is no residues with pellets. excellent absorption 20-30 minutes. the price for the quality of protein is incredible.will be on the first and to all amateur and professional. best combination - pro lab-5 days gym-diet-nutrition-aerobic exercise-patience= in time super body.
