PVL Mutant Cre-X12 Suggested Use
- First 5 Days (Loading Phase)
- Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 8 hours later
- Maintenance Phase
- Take 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have your serving in the morning when you wake up
- Preparation
- Mix 1 serving (2 Scoops) of Mutant CRE-X12 with 350 to 500ml of cold water. After you finish your serving of Mutant CRE-X12, drink an additional 250ml of water to help enhance absorption. For best results, use for at least 8 weeks

Much cheaper than buying waxy maize/Vitargo and creapure by itself

Buying 500g of Creapure and 5 kg of Waxy Maize will cost you the same as 4,5 kg of this. Buying a mix of waxy and Vitargo will bump up the cost to 59£. So if only looking at the cost of the primary components, this is a no-brainer. On top of this, you get all sorts of fancy goodies: insu-sensitizing, osmo-rush, crea-swole. Yada yada yada.....it's basically free, so who cares if it works or not :) It only makes this a much sweeter deal!
Solubility is good. A small amount of particles left on the bottom, but everything else mixes well.
Taste (blue raspberry) is good, if a bit artificial.
Not a lot of water retention, maybe a 1kg after a month or so, and the creatine does what it is supposed to do.
The only gripe I have about this product, is why did they have to go and make it blue and add needless color to the product? That's just a gimmick and serves no practical purpose. Otherwise solid product at a great price!
