Directions For Use

The flavour was good but was also quite chalky. Didn't compare aswell on value as others as it only contained 18 portions compared to others that contain 20 portions.

I have bought the Strawberry and the Chocolate and neither have dissapointed. It is low in bad fat low in carbs high in protein and its helping me with recovery after a hard session and keeping me full for a suprising amount of time.
It has a very high amount of CLA in comparision to other products which is def a bonus.
I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for quality diet protein shakes.

I was using the maxitone Sculptress protein till my husband who has been using reflex for a while told me to try their products. Looking into the ingredients I found a much higher quality of ingredients not too mention double the amount of CLA. I bought the strawberry and the chocolate they taste good. I use it as a post recovery drink after cardio/weight training. I dont mean to use them as a meal replacement but with my busy lifestyle it ends up being like this. If it is becoming a meal replacement I would recommend adding additional frozen berries in a blender with the strawberry flavour shake + two tablespoons of probiotic yogurt along with the water of course.
I have only been using the shake for 3 days and Im seeing the benefits on the scale and recovery.
I can see no bad points to the actual protein supplement however the shake lid IS awful.
Im back on the site to get their deluxe whey! I hope this helps.

The taste of banoffe was disgusting im sorry to be blunt but i was not able to finnish the packet as it was so awful it should of been either bananna or toffee but not both. Apart from the taste it mixes really well and it does feel you up, it's also very thick which is nice but unfortunately i didn't use it again after the first taste so cannot comment on results in terms of weight loss.

The protein shakes have a good taste and generally mix well, though I've found the banoffee flavour does not mix as well as the other two flavours leaving small lumps. The relfex shaker bottles though are useless! The lids do not fit!
