I am really surprised at how bad these flapjacks taste, I can't even describe the taste of the toffee ones but its awful! as well as they turn into mush in your mouth and stick to your teeth really bad so don't eat one in front of anyone because you can't open your mouth! and I also would suggest taking a toothbrush with you, I have tried a lot of protein bars etc and these are by far the worst! I would never buy them again.

These flapjacks are not too bad, they could have been a lot worse.
As with all Reflex products they have excellent ingredients and keep you full for a while. I would have given these 4 stars but the only thing that lets them down for me is that they are incredibly chewy. I mean they will stick your teeth together if your not careful, so it is hard work to chow one of these down.
However if it means that I won't be snacking on junk then its worth it.
It's like my protein treat, everyday.

I do like these bars. Its always a risk when you have to buy a box and you hav'ent tried them before but as im so impressed with all of reflex's products I was confident they would be good. The bars are big, so you need a drink to wash them down. There is enough flavour to enjoy the bar but not overpowering to make it sickly. I think the price is good for what you get, especialy if u bulk buy. Another winner from Reflex.

Great taste and basically does what it says! I sometimes use it as a meal replacement and it is very filling! 5 out of 5!

Wow best tasting flapjack or even protein bar I've ever tired plus they are sooo filling and with 20 grams protein I'm finding it essayer to hit my protein goal each day thou most importantly is the added Delta Tocotrienol which is an anti-oxidant that helps your muscles fight off free radicals!!(so you dont ache as much)

The best protein bars if you are not worried about calorie counting. these actually have some food in them rather than just mush. They are very very chewey and stick to your teeth. Lovely with a cuppa and keep you going till you can get a proper meal in you. Choc orange is nicest for me, toffee has this shiny coating on which is too sweet.

If you plan on buying this product make sure you water or juice to hand. Doesnt taste so good but if your looking for good stuff (Protein) then this is for you.

Tried these out for the first time as I generally like the Reflex stuff. Disappointed in taste though, it's very dry and chalky. Not as bad as other bars but I'll be giving it a miss once I eat the remaining bars. You do get alot of bars for your money though...
