Reflex Instant Mass weight gainer is a combination of protein and organic carbohydrate provides a perfectly balanced and healthy approach to gaining weight.

Reflex Instant Mass Recommended Use

used other reflex products such as reflex whey, creatine capsules, zma, which were really good products which gave noticeable gains in strength and size, but instant mass was the complete opposite, taste, mix ability, gains were terrible !! shocking product
it puts on weight

I've been a regular Reflex buyer for a long time, I've always found them to deliver great results. I decided to move from Instant Whey to Instant Mass because although I've been getting great definition, i've not been getting size or bulk. I've read so many great reviews on this Instant Mass as well as having a lot of faith with Reflex products already, I decided to give this a go. I've been using for 20 days now, drinking 1-2 shakes at 140g a day along with my heavy weight lifting sessions 3 times a week, I take one straight after my exercise as recommended and one in the day before i go to the gym. On my days off I take Reflex Micro Whey in the morning and at night along with one Instant Mass. I've not gained anything, not even 1lb!! I'm really dissapointed because I was hoping to see some results, i'm the same weight as before i started taking instant mass. I'm not sure what else to say really, not quite as good as everyone has made out.

This actually works!.. The effects result after two weeks but it does work.. Everything gone bigger, however the only problem is that it adds a little wait to your stomach.

brought this after using reflex instant whey, instant whey is very good but i wasnt putting the size on so went for instant mass and i think its brilliant put half a stone on in 6 weeks it gives you mass and defintion but you do have to train really hard its not magic.

Really pleased with this product, mixes and tastes great.

Overall a relatively fair product. However the serving size is too much which I have to cut down by half and drinking alot of water is recommended while taking this product.

A good product that did work for me with a 6lb gain. You still need to lift lots and do lots of hard yards because it's not MAGIC. Put the water in a shaker first then half a serving because too thick to drink if you follow the directions. Creatine and Growth Matrix are still my favourite stack

I used it once or twice a day. After about a week i started to notice the muscle increase, very good product. Useful for all of the extra vitamins included.
