Great product very clean weight gainer gone from 12 to 16 stone on it over the last 3 years am about 15% body fat so alot of it is muscle obviously alot of that weight is down to the rest of my diet aswell but this is in my opinion the best weight gainer out there.

Can't comment on effectiveness as that depends on your goals and overall diet etc, but this does the job as a good meal replacement, taste is fairly good compared to most, I'll deffinetly use again.

I've used different brands of protein shakes over the past few months. I was a fan of all in one protein shakes. I wanted to start bulking up and Instant Mass has not only produced results in mass but strength gains too. I've just finished my first tub and I'm ordering some more. As for the taste, strawberry is fine. A full serving is quite a lot to stomach so I split it into two. One as soon as I wake up and one straight after the gym.

I'm about 1/2 way through my first bag and starting to see improvement. The chocolate taste nice and mixes well.

Iy doesn't taste great, I've had the chocolate and it's not the best. It doesn't mix very well in a shaker. I take it to college with me and i always get a few lumps. This is one of the very few weight gainers around that isn't loaded with maltodextrin. I wanted one to take in between meals not after training, so wanted slow release carbs, plenty of protein and something filling. This ticks all the boxes. It's a means to an end so I can put the taste aside!

The first product that has finally helped me, a skinny guy, finally achieve some lean mass which people around me have been pointing out recently. Mixes very well, tastes so good that I often drink it even when I'm not working out, just for the taste! The only reason I wouldn't give the quality 5/5 is due to the use of artificial flavours... but I guess that's also why I love the taste so much!? Definitely recommend this to others!

This product is high quality. I use it for breakfast with milled flaxseed and shredded coconut mixed with icecoffee. It taste like milkshake.

Mixes well, even though it does sound like a lot of powder for the amount of liquid. I tend to add a little more liquid after mixing as doing so at the beginning will not leave enough room for the powder. Only been using for a week so no real signs of weight gain. The amount of carbs and protein if training right should work. I like the fact it has little sugar and the carbs come from natural source. Suppose that's why you pay a little extra.
