Definetly 1 of the more effective products Ive used and is the quality is exactly what you'd expect from Reflex.

after a long chat with someone at the site i purchased this whey. .it mixes real easy with milk , i also found the strawberry tasted nice and not grainey. only been on it a short time so cant comment on impact its having.

I tried this Whey for a change but was very disappointed.
I found this protein did not mix as well as other popular brands. Even after a lot of shaking in my mixer bottle there was still bits in it. In my opinion the one I purchased (Banana flavour) had virtually no taste and was very bland. I know they are not supposed to be the best tasting things in the world but compared to other brands I normally drink, they are much better tasting and are equal if not better in supplements. I will go back to my regular brands.

I have been using reflex whey for about six weeks, using one scoop twice a day. The taste is great, very easy to mix, and after just four weeks I really started to see some results, would recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to bulk up but wants to start seeing leaner more defined muscle. :-)

I have been using Reflex Instant Whey for my protein supplement for years now (and I always buy from Dolphin Fitness, thanks to their awsome customer service, reliable delivery, and unbeatable price). For Whey Protein, I have also tried other brands eg MAXIMUSCLE, BSN, etc.
What I believe Reflex Instant Whey has outperform other brands are its price, quality, it uses native whey, and it doesn't add all other uneccessary ingredients eg creatine (I take creatine seperately and I cycle it too, hence I'd prefer that my protein supplement contain no creatine).
And based on the above advantages Reflex Instant Whey has over other brands, I stick with it, and have been using it as my whey protein supplement for years now.

I bought this mainly because of the whole reflex reputation. Quality wise i have no complaints as in the ingredients and what they do. I do however feel let down by the flavour (choc mint) as very very tasteless with water and only hint of mint in the after taste. Mixibilty wise i feel its very poor even when using a blender. I will stick with cnp in future. (quality ingredients, mixability and fantastic choc mint flavour)
