Reflex Natural Whey

I don't like sweeteners and other artificial stuff.

That's why I started with reflex natural a few years ago.

You can not drink it pure,but you can add some sugary taste yourself.

(nesquik,vitargo,honey etc)

I love it with nesquik sport(the one with dextrose).

I lost fat and gained dry muscle.

This is the only product/supplement that I have ever used. I would only use natural supplements. It was recommended by a very large and very strong friend, whom I trained with.

If you're looking to put on size, this does the trick, and of-course your muscles recover quicker when you take it after training.

You will see results very quickly, 2 scoops, 2/3 times a day, depending on how much you ecercise/workout, I presume.

Do not take over the stated amounts.

This is a supplement and should be used only as part of a balanced diet.

I take as much natural protein through chicken and such, as possible, too.

I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Excellent product. bit of an effort to mix and getting more expensive every time we buy it, but it's a great product overall and i will continue to buy it

I tend to get all sorts of reactions when taking mainstream protein supplements but this is one of the few types that does not cause me any problems. I have to admit I would probably prefer Maximuscle's natural protein powder since it is truly natural and tasteless but it is way too expensive. That's why I have been taken the Reflex product for several months now. It's good value for money and is fairly natural. It's a shame that there is no truly natural flavour available though. Short of that, I find strawberry to be the only half acceptable flavour.

My overall rating of this product is four out of five stars which generally says all about what I think of this product. I like to know that the product does not contain too many (if any at all) artificial sweeteners or additives as I like to use a protein supplement (almost) daily. In terms of effectiveness it's hard to tell really. I've been using this product many times before and all I can say about this is that I think that it does what it is supposed to do namely bring more quality protein into my diet (I've never gotten HUGE because of this product but I think that it helps me to recover from workouts). It mixes easily in the recommended amount of water. The taste is not very strong and only mildly sweet which I think is great (it tells me that it's a clean product). My favorite is chocolate. The texture when you mix it in water is... watery (duh!). If I could alter something about the product I would like it to be sold in a paperlike bag (no plastic then) and the milk used in the whey should be organic, that would be the ultimate for this product but it is still good.

This is a great product, free from all the artificial rubbish that poisons most of the other protein supplements, at the end of the day it is what it is, Whey protein, no magic bullet or muscle popping potion.. that doesn't exist unless you're a Gaul?

I like this product for helping me to increase my protein levels , and it serves it purpose.. no BS.. with hard work and a great meal plan.. and Natural Whey.. you will achieve your goals

I have used this product before and love the taste when mixed with rice milk. This batch seems to be a little less powdery so doesn't mix quite so well as previous packs I have had but no detriment to the overall effectiveness I am sure. Great product.

Easy to mix and easy to drink, no funny business with your stomache and decent taste. Will need to use the measure from the last tub as you won't find the new one for a while!

I don't like the idea of all the sweetners, additives and colourings you get in other products. This seems to be the best option as a result.

I mix in powdered porridge oats, then blend in blueberries, strawberries and a banana.
