Recommended Use
- Mix 20g (approximately one heaped 25ml measure) with 350ml water and stir with a fork or in a shaker cup

Haven't been impressed by this product. Started with the stated dose and I didn't feel any pumps. Now I am using a scoop and a half and I'm getting some benefits.

I am new to this particular product so it is hard to give a definitive review. But from what I have experienced thus far, it is effective and a great pre-workout booster. Taste isn't too bad. It doesn't make you feel too bloated.

Tried this a few times, can't say it does much for me. I do get a slightly 'focused' feeling sometimes, but it doesn't last long.
Taste is not very nice when mixed with water, tastes like an extremely watered down drink. Tried mixing it with Red Bull as well, although the taste is a lot better the impact is nothing special.
Definitely not worth the asking price.

Actually works gives a good pump during work-out I wouldn't have it in the evening unless your planning not to sleep. Effects wain as your body builds tolerance if you continuously use so best to use then break for a period.

If you are a person that actually prefers to sleep at night, I recommend not to buy this stuff. It's 05:15 in the morning right now, I haven't slept even 1 minute this night and I'm sitting here writing this review because I don't now what else to do and sleeping just isn't working as of today.
You could blame something else for this but to be honest this never happened in my life before. Of course there are these occasional nights where you wake up all the time, but this is different. Right now I feel like I could pull out trees, which may be a good thing for workouts but it's driving me crazy to think of the things I'll have to do today, which for sure I won't be fit enough.
